About Tracy:
Tracy Xie joined Shell in early 2020 as a transformative leader with 20+ years experience of driving business transformation, new business development, operational and commercial excellence in shipping, professional service and energy sectors. She is now leading E-Mobility business for Shell Mobility Aisa.
Tracy holds a PhD degree on general management with research domain of strategy and sustainability. Her personal interest is to help society drive ESG agenda and achieve sustainability ambitions.
