About Tracy:
Tracy Xie is the Managing Partner of E2 Advisory, a strategic consultancy that supports leaders across energy, shipping, FMCG, and professional services in navigating the energy transition and creating environmental–economic value. With 20+ years of management experience at Shell, Maersk, Nielsen, and TMF Group, Tracy brings a rare blend of commercial acumen, sustainability expertise, and transformation execution.
She has a strong track record of driving profitable decarbonization and innovation, leading Shell’s e-mobility expansion in Asia, mentoring climate-tech startups, and advising on supply chain decarbonization, ESG integration, and business model transformation. Her PhD research in sustainable innovation strengthens her evidence-based approach to ESG strategy and impact-led growth.
