About Patricia:
Patricia Grabowsky, elected by McKinsey as one of the Next Generation Woman Leaders Latin America in 2019, is a Materials Engineer from Rio de Janeiro Federal University (UFRJ), with executive courses in Strategic Innovation from MIT Sloan, Insper and Harvard Business School. With more than 14 years of experience in the Oil, Gas and Energy market, she worked on national and international projects as a Project and Coatings Engineer. In 2017, began her journey of leadership in innovation, being responsible for structuring the innovation department, open innovation, culture and intrapreneurship programs. Today she holds the position of Executive Manager of Innovation and Digital Transformation at Ocyan, leading innovation management in the organization, as well as intrapreneurship, open innovation, digital journey and CVC.
